Ticket Pickup

Any tickets purchased for VIP, Weekend, or Saturday may be picked up at the Pasadena Campbell Hall Center on Friday, August 8, 2025 from 4 PM to 8 PM. Sunday tickets aren't available for pickup until Sunday at the door.

If you're unable to make this time you will receive your passes at the event. There will be a line labeled "Pre-Registrations" at the entrance where you can check-in.

Valid ID required to receive tickets purchased through presells.

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for any purchase.

VIP pass includes: *30 minute early access to vendor floor on Saturday and Sunday at 9:30am. *Guaranteed seat in panels audience. *Free event shirt. (Please pickup at badge pickup, as sizes will be limited to what's available when you arrive.) *Access to vendor floor Saturday and Sunday, during show hours.

Weekend pass includes: Access to vendor floor Saturday and Sunday, during show hours.

Saturday ONLY pass includes: Access to vendor floor Saturday ONLY, during show hours.

Sunday ONLY pass includes: Access to vendor floor Sunday ONLY, during show hours.
